We said: Thank you for your e-mail. I have been trying to get down to the queue more often and monitor any pushing in. I do send pupils to the back if they have been seen to push in. With regards to the timings the first form will always be first as they are the youngest in the school. Also putting two year groups together for the other dining hall slots is the most efficient way we can find to get you through as quickly as possible. Yesterday everyone is was through to the bottom of the stairs by 1.15 pm. We are also looking at ways to speed up the process further at SMT level. if you do see people push in please let me know and I will deal with it.
